Good morning world. Even though I knew yesterday to be Thursday, when it came to my weekly chores, I kept thinking it was Friday. That means I did the home blessing yesterday and did not bake. I guess I will be baking today. I am thinking I might add homemade tortillas to the list of things to make for the week. I have made them before and it is easy to do, just need a little time. And if I am not prepared with time to make them for supper, I have to have them bought. I'd rather make them ahead of time.
So what am I going to make today? Two loaves of bread, cookies, biscuits, tortillas, and either a cake or a couple of pies. I think that is it. I might take a gander through the cook book and see if there is something new I could try out on my human guinea pigs, my family. They are such good sports.
